**Responsibilities will involve**:- Research and resolve problems in a timely manner, finding the root cause of issues to provide accurate answers.- Support HR and TA knowledge database documentation.Daily monitoring of employment compliance results in our systems.- May help design and build processes, reports and trackers to support these job functions.- Models compliance with CONDUENT practices and procedures and supports the company's mission, values and focus.
**Required Skills/Experience**:- 1 + years' experience, preferably in Recruitment (minor experience) customer service.Excellent attention to detail, organization and communication skills- Administrative skills needed.- Being able to provide specific explanation on the Hiring process at all levels.
