The impact of this position in the way all our talent develops those capabilities is amazing Looking for an opportunity to make that legacy? joins us This role will design and lead the capability building journey along with the Capabilities & New ways of Working team for all Innovative Medicines division. Will have the opportunity to shape the way we prepare a skill-based organization for our aspiration and lead the journey for customer facing roles along with Managers. Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Design and implement a solution to develop capabilities in our Innovative Medicines profiles, evolving our customer facing roles. How: defining approach aligned with big bold objectives and aspiration / ensure connection between organizational and individual capabilities. • Connect capability approach with business and people development plans, along with P&O (HR) and Business Leaders. How: propose an agenda / cocreate and define with team and stakeholders / define a cycle focus on people journey / Identify pain points and execute solutions. • Working cross functionally to ensure successful impact and find new ways to build capabilities, identify competitive practices in-and-out Novartis.
