Capacity Manager - Resource ManagementThe Advisors Client Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Focused on thinking big and scaling fast around the globe, this agile team is responsible for end-to-end solutions for a diverse global customer base. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include Strategy and Transformation, Performance Analytics, Marketing Services, Business Experimentation, and Specialised Programme Delivery Tracks.
Advisors Client Services is the consulting arm of Mastercard Data and Services. We combine professional problem-solving skills with deep segment and functional expertise to address the challenges and opportunities of our clients. While specializing in the payments industry, we also work closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network.
The role of the Capacity Manag is to work very closely with the Staffing Business Partner and team members within their co-hort, to ensure the Client Services organization is effectively executing against our strategy and to drive engagement within our teams. With a strong understanding and specialized knowledge of our business, the individual in this role is uniquely set up to ensure that people remain at the center of all that we do.
Role
• Aggregate staffing needs at a co-hort level, understanding specific engagement requirements and coordinating prioritization between projects;
• In close cooperation with the Staffing Business Partner, assign the appropriate capacity to client engagements based on predefined criteria targeting optimization of resource utilization and learning opportunities for team members across areas of specialisation and markets;
• Work using the internal systems and processes through all phases of the engagement lifecycle;
• Aggregate co-hort level metrics and insights for management reporting purposes;
• Work with the Staffing Business Partners to ensure appropriate and well thought through, balanced team structures are proposed thereby ensuring quality outcomes on the projects and success for the clients.
• Work collaboratively with other staffing managers and the business within a structured framework and against set timelines to ensure efficient and smooth running of a weekly
staffing batch-based process.

• Business acumen – Good understanding of the business drivers that impact on overall revenue generation. Ability to understand when to be pragmatic and when to be firm.

• Agile – Must be able to work in an agile environment with short sprints, changing briefs and requirements to pivot at short notice.

• Strong individual contributor- able to self-manage independently, while coordinating with Timezone and global staffing teammates
