Monitor budgetary allocations and reallocations as needed.Spending Control: Implement and manage spending controls to ensure that CAPEX projects stay within approved budgets. Review and approve expenditures in accordance with established guidelines.Approval System: Develop and maintain an efficient CAPEX approval system, facilitating the review and authorization process for project funding requests.Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Engage with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to negotiate contracts, obtain competitive pricing, and oversee procurement processes.Project Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, financial records, and contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations, industry standards, and internal policies throughout the CAPEX administrative process
