**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's preferably in supply chain, business, engineering, industrial distribution, or related field required.
- Successful purchasing management experience within the automotive industry is required.
- 3-5 Years of experience in similar position.
- Proven Experience in CAPEX/OPEX management.
- Fluent in English
- Availability of travel
- Schedule availability
**Main responsibilities**:
- Leads negotiations to drive sustainable win-win solutions and manages the ongoing supplier relationship.
- Interfaces with internal stockholders to identify opportunities in the capex and MRO categories and develop strategies that maximize value for the NA market.
- Develops continuous improvement techniques to develop manufacturing equipment and accessories and optimize the workspace.
- Manages services agreements by focusing on process performance and outsourcing utilities services.
- Evaluates current suppliers and creates an efficient process of assessment for the critical suppliers' vs new potential ones.
- Consolidates and forecasts spare parts needs and consumption within the region.
- Ensures spare parts are sourced in full and aligned to production schedules and customer requirements
- Implements best practices in purchasing and supplier management to support commercial and operational objectives.
- Builds market intelligence capabilities within the commodity management team on key markets, suppliers, and solutions to support strategy development purposes.
- Analyzes market and delivery trends to develop purchasing technologies and processes that support new trends.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.
- Complies with company´s code of ethics, values and mission.
- Ensures strong communication between teams under leadership to facilitate exchange of information and to implement change and improvements
