Our team researches, innovates and creates solutions that deliver healthy results for our customers.JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Capital Manager will oversee and handle the operational aspects of ongoing projects and will serve as a liaison among project management and planning, project team and line management at Cargill Animal Nutrition in Mexico. In this role, you will provide strategic vision, reviewing the project proposal to resolve time frame, funding limitations and procedures for accomplishing the project. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESIdentify and resolve obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.Adhere to internal and external quality standards.Organize project teams, assign individual responsibilities, develop project schedules and resolve resource requirements.Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.Collaborate with partners to ensure project meets requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.Coordinate project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, people management and troubleshooting for engineering projects.Partner with business stakeholders to ensure the business value and technical benefits are enabled.Coordinate the operational aspects of assigned projects.Other duties as assigned QUALIFICATIONSMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Engineering.Minimum of four years of related work experienceAdvanced EnglishSolid experience leading CAPEX projectsHands onExperience developing and managing third- parties project teamsExperience in animal nutrition segmentPost-graduation in project managementSafety and quality management experienceProject controls and tracking experienceConstruction management experienceExperiences with software for project development (AutoCAD, MS Project, MS Office, etc.)
