Capital Markets Analyst

Detalles de la oferta

ProducePay is a tech-based cash flow solution founded in 2014, that provides domestic and foreign fresh produce farmers (growers) who ship to the U.S, Europe or LatAm, with immediate access to distribution and financing.
ProducePay's solutions provide the working capital fresh produce growers need to put seeds in the ground, grow their commodities, complete their harvest, and ship to the end buyer.
By leveraging our international network, ProducePay connects clients with interested fresh produce buyers and distributors.
Interested distributors receive connection to a growing list of international farmers who might otherwise feel limited by current financing options.
We eliminate lack of transparency for growers through the whole harvesting cycle.
The Capital Markets team sits in a unique position at ProducePay, working with the entire Company from the Sales team to the Board of Directors.
The team takes the lead with the C-suite on both equity capital raising, as well as debt facilities used to power advances to farmers, owns the financial performance reporting used by the C-Suite and the Board of Directors to run the Company, is in charge of investor relations for both equity investors and debt facility providers, and plays the lead in forward-looking strategy projects to further increase the Company's already strong growth.
