**What will be your challenges?**
- Coordinate and supervise the comprehensive financial reporting process for trusts, ensuring the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the information presented.
- Perform comprehensive analysis of financing contracts to evaluate terms and conditions, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure legal and financial compliance.
- Develop strategies and criteria to optimally allocate financial assets to trusts, considering factors such as risk, return and liquidity
- Create detailed financial models to forecast and manage cash flows associated with financings, including estimating income, expenses, amortization and other capital movements.
- Lead and coordinate due diligence processes to assess the financial and legal feasibility of commercial transactions, mergers or acquisitions.
**What makes you super attractive to Nexu**:
- 4 to 6 years of experience in Capital Markets or Structured Finance.
