**ELECTROLUX REFRIGERADORES****Solicita**:Capital Procurement Clerk****Descripción y Requisitos****SUMMARY**This position is responsible for processing requests for capital sent to the team to ensure that these get approved and then turned into a contract or PO. This requires following up with the requests in every stage of the process to be able to inform the requester of the status of the purchase.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES **(What you will do)- The timely preparation and documentation of the daily sourcing board call.- Ensure the appropriate documentation is received for each type of purchase.- Procure the necessary approvals to process the request.- The timely preparation of contracts and requisitions for orders- Resolving day to day inquiries regarding requisitions, POs and contracts.- Keeping of records of documentation for contracts issued.- Input of requisitions into the system for processing an approval.- Communication internal/External: This position requires a lot of communication with external and internal customers, suppliers.**MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS**:- High School Degree- Bilingual English - Spanish- Excellent communication skills- General administrative skills- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Access is a plus)Puesto: Administracion**Información Adicional**Tipo de contrato: PermanenteSalario: NegociablePais: MEXICOEstado o Region: ChihuahuaCiudad: Ciudad Juarez
