They are looking for a highly driven leader to play a pivotal role in Capital Raising and Investor Relations, one who can potentialize new opportunities to expand their portfolio of properties and attract new investors. The position of the role is flexible.What the job involvesBuild and cultivate existing investor relationships across the following investor types - family offices, high-net-worth investors, private banks, or fund of funds.Create the capital raising and investment origination strategy.Identify potential investors and develop proper points of contact.Participate in strategic planning with senior management to set financial goals, as well as the platform's strategic agenda.Stay updated on market trends, industry dynamics, and investment opportunities within the luxury real estate sector.Consistently communicate, follow up and create long term relationships with investors.Who we are looking forSolid experience in vacation clubs and/or time shares sales with experience in high-end luxury resorts or properties is highly desired.Professionals with broad experience in private banking, focused on business development with UHNWI and expanding the client base.Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, business administration, or a related field.Exceptional communication, problem solving skills and proactiveness.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is a must.Availability to travel when needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
