This strategic role combines leadership in long-term planning with direct oversight of daily operations, aiming to position Capitalia as a leader in high-end hospitality, operating with standards equivalent to a five-star hotel.The role encompasses general operations management, including coordinating the teams responsible for keys, maintenance, housekeeping, purchasing, and guest services, while working closely with Property Managers to ensure the company's strategic objectives are met.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise the areas of keys, maintenance, housekeeping, purchasing, and guest services to ensure efficient operations aligned with company standards.Lead Property Managers to implement clear and effective operational strategies across their teams.Design and implement processes that optimize resource utilization, improve service quality, and position Capitalia as a leader in premium hospitality.Conduct regular visits to all properties to oversee on-site operations, evaluate property conditions, and resolve issues immediately.Respond proactively to the demands of the hospitality business, ensuring availability to address operational needs promptly and effectively.Implement necessary solutions to address root causes of issues, ensuring sustainable improvements in processes and outcomes.Ensure properties achieve top ratings on short-term rental platforms, guaranteeing guest satisfaction.Oversee inventory control and management, as well as efficient purchasing to optimize costs.Measure team and property performance through KPIs and OKRs, generating detailed reports and analyses for executive management.Propose innovative solutions and strategies to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.Collaborate closely with sales, revenue management, customer service, and reservations departments to align operations with business objectives.Foster a positive work environment, motivating staff and ensuring talent retention.Job RequirementsEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.Proven experience of 5 to 10 years in leadership roles within the hotel or hospitality industry.Skills and CompetenciesOutstanding leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate multidisciplinary teams.Strategic mindset with advanced problem-solving capabilities.Flexibility and availability to address the demands of a dynamic and demanding hospitality business.Ability to implement sustainable solutions that address root causes of issues and prevent recurrences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong analytical skills for managing indicators and making data-driven decisions.Fluency in English (mandatory).Other RequirementsAvailability to travel regularly and conduct on-site supervision across all properties.Advanced knowledge of operational management tools and analytics software.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Guest satisfaction ratings exceeding 95% on evaluation platforms.Effective cost control and reduction without compromising service quality.Optimization of inventory usage and waste reduction.Achievement of objectives set in the company's OKRs.Increased retention and satisfaction of the staff under management.Job ConditionsThe role is on-site, based in Mexico City, with regular visits to properties managed by Capitalia in various locations.
