Job DescriptionAs a Server III, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service by taking and delivering food and beverage orders to guests at their dining tables. This role demands exceptional interpersonal and multitasking skills, alongside deep knowledge of menu offerings and the ability to recommend dishes according to our guests' preferences.Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.Present and explain menu options, daily specials, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences.Accurately take food and beverage orders, communicate them to kitchen staff and bartenders, and ensure timely delivery of orders.Maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens to promptly address guests' inquiries.Provide prompt and efficient service by refilling drinks, clearing plates, and attending to guests' needs during their dining experience.Handle guest complaints professionally and effectively, taking necessary action to ensure guest satisfaction.Ensure that tables and dining areas are kept clean, organized, and presentable.Coordinate with team members and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Complete additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned.Work ExperienceRequires expertise in a variety of work processes through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience.Typically acts as a lead, coordinating the work of others but not a supervisor.Works autonomously within established procedures and practices.Has 4 to 5 years of work experience.EducationHigh School Degree or equivalent is preferred.Combination of education and experience will be considered.CertificationsCertifications may be required or preferred.#J-18808-Ljbffr
