In essence, a data collector in an accounting department plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information, which is essential for effective financial management and decision-making.Responsibilities; - Gathering Data: extract data from databases or online sources, use sensors or other devices to collect data in real-time.- Data Entry and Storage: Input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other storage systems, ensure data is stored securely and is backed up to prevent loss.- Data Cleaning and Validation: Review collected data accuracy and completeness, validate data to ensure it meets the required standards and formats.- Data analysis and interpretation: use statistical tools and software to analyze data, prepare reports or visualizations to present findings.- Documentation and reporting: prepare detailed reports summarizing the data and analysis results.**Requirements**:- Advanced english- Previous experience in data entry, or administrative positions- Availability to work 4hrs/day in the mornings- Availability to work on-site (Near to Plaza del Sol)**Job Type**: Part-timePay: $7,500.00 per monthExpected hours: 20 per week**Language**:- advanced english (preferred)Work Location: In person
