Join our team as a **Data Collector** part-time to one of our business line focused in financial services such as financial plannin, accounting, payroll, and tax help to business in various field.

A data collector in an accounting department typically focuses on gathering and organizing financial information. In essence, a data collector in an accounting department plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of financial information, which is essential for effective financial management and decision-making.

Responsibilities;
- Gathering Data: extract data from databases or online sources, use sensors or other devices to collect data in real-time.
- Data Entry and Storage: Input data into databases, spreadsheets, or other storage systems, ensure data is stored securely and is backed up to prevent loss.
- Data Cleaning and Validation: Review collected data accuracy and completeness, validate data to ensure it meets the required standards and formats.
- Data analysis and interpretation: use statistical tools and software to analyze data, prepare reports or visualizations to present findings.
- Documentation and reporting: prepare detailed reports summarizing the data and analysis results.

**Requirements**:

- Advanced english
- Previous experience in data entry, or administrative positions
- Availability to work 4hrs/day in the mornings
- Availability to work on-site (Near to Plaza del Sol)

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $7,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 20 per week
