**PRINCIPAL OBJECTIVE OF POSITION**Responsible for elaborating Capture rate reports, Arrivals & Tours data analysis and interpretation.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.- Accurately compiles and reviews daily arrivals, tours and related statistical data.- Oversee the elaboration of Capture Rate reports at both Westin Lagunamar and Westin Cancun.- Monitor all reservations on site and information provided by Marketing Team to determine the Marketable arrivals that should be counted in the Capture Rate Report.- Be in very close communication with the different Marketing Areas to understand the dynamics of the arrivals on site during current and future Sales Months.- Ensure the SOP compliance in the Marketing department to report accurately arrivals and Capture Rate at the Sites.- Report to Site Leadership any outstanding activity related to future or current arrivals or reservations (excess of cancellations, new bookings, additional segments, etcetera).- Suggests best practices to Marketing Department to maximize the arrivals distribution to Concierge area.- Monitor daily tour activity, and reports discrepancies to appropriate manager.- Support for additional activities related to systems and reporting.- Appropriately interact with all personnel and maintains positive, professional relationships with co-workers.- Maintain close communicative relationships with Marketing and Sales Management in order to ensure the highest level of program efficiency and standards.- Assist Marketing Management in executing special projects, as directed.**QUALIFICATIONS/COMPETENCIES**High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Language SkillsAbility to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write short correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one on one and small group situations to customers, contacts and other employees. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedural manual. Ability to write routing reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers and other employees.Computer SkillsThe employee must have knowledge of, or must gain knowledge of the software and hardware systems utilized by the company, including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Microsoft Teams, DG Sun, MOOD, OTM, Cognos, and Opera.Mathematical Skills**Salary**: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
