We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Car Leader**, based in **Monterrey, Nuevo Leon** (E-Systems Division).
As **Car Leader **you will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Launch Manager.
**Your Task will be**
- Develop the plan based on the program and customer key dates, in coordination with the different functions to ensure that the requirements are accomplished.
- Coordinate the multifunctional team actions in plant to accomplish the requirements and ensure non-failure execution during each construction phase with the customer.
- Ensure that the defined Product Engineering activities are fulfilled according to what is established in the timeline.
- Provide support in engineering changes that affect the company's goals and strategies.
- Use knowledge and experience to propose improvements to the product design for manufacturing.
- Lead engineering changes and design reviews. Maintain evidence of the changes, auditable requirement.
- Lead the development of the manufacturing process for new programs.
**To be Successful in this rule you will need**:
- Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, or any related field
- At least 2 years of experience in similar positions: Product engineering, methods engineering, launch coordinator, or others.
- Previous experience in the automotive SMT industry
- Quality systems, cost management, negotiation, and communication knowledge
- Knowledge in Quality systems, cost management, Supply chain, negotiation, communication knowledge and strong leadership skills.
- Experience working in automotive industry directly with OEMs such as Ford, GM, Audi, Stellantis.
- English level advanced.
