**JOB DESCRIPTION**:The Virtual Health Care Trainer trains/teaches and supports Quality Documentation Specialists (new hires and existing team members) to work with client physician and their care team to compete documentation of clinic visits/encounters. The trainer also trains/teaches and supports QDS (Quality Documentation Specialist) on using artificial intelligence (AI) technology platform to complete confidential medical summaries of patient encounters/visits. Virtual Health Care Trainers provide platform, medical knowledge, and clinical training/education.The Virtual Health Care Trainer facilitates on-on-one time with individual QDS to provide documentation and QDS performance feedback. The trainer is responsible for assessing QDS competencies and identifying barriers impacting individual QDS's ability to effectively perform role and contribute to team.The Virtual Healthcare Trainer directly communicates and strategizes with service delivery and training leadership to address opportunities and improve QDS performance.**JOB QUALIFICATION**:- Active, unrestricted Regional Philippine registered nurse license- Minimum of three (3) months of prior working experience as a registered nurse in a clinical setting is required- Three (3) months is the equivalent of 480 hours of clinical setting working experience as a registered nurse- Working experience as a registered nurse means holding an active, unrestricted registered nurse license while providing direct patient care- Clinical setting includes inpatient hospital, outpatient hospital, dialysis center, ambulatory, or primary care clinic- Excellent written and verbal communication in English includes advance proficiency in grammar and spelling- Excellent listening skills with ability to understand diverse accents and dialects of physicians/providers, their staff, and patients- Must pass US (United States) Berlitz B2 level (Philippines)- Type a minimum of 35 words per minute (WPM)- Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office 365 and work productivity/support tools- Proficient with data entry and computer skills with ability to navigate multiple programs/systems and learn additional computer programs as required to perform role- Successful completion of Quality Documentation Specialist Trainer Program. Successful completion is defined as meeting minimum post-training knowledge assessment score(s) and competencies.- Demonstrate strong/expert customer service skills: ability to prioritize customer needs, action oriented
