To support the design, implementation, and deployment of the innovation process (with focus on RACU framework) and innovation culture across all Sigma.
Main ResponsibilitiesInnovation Processes & MethodologiesDesign of case studies and specialized content (videos, images, surveys, technical reports, etc.).Track and measure RACU projects and trainings and their impact on creating value for the organization.Manage the RACU website and report the metrics on the use of the RACU content.Support in the design, documentation, and deployment of the innovation process across the organization and in the design of internal communication contents to promote engagement, understanding, and alignment.Support in the design, development, and implementation of training sessions for the innovation process (awareness, tools, and methods).Facilitate RACU trainings and evolve content to stay current (add value and align with agility).Facilitate (and sometimes support) the execution of innovation collaboration workshops (specific project workshops regarding RACU methods and tools).Support in the maintenance and update of global guidelines and KPIs for the innovation process (new product development).Support in the research and investigation on new innovation processes, methodologies, tools, and partners.Support and identify the best practices to manage and document innovation projects under the RACU framework.Support in the creation, enabling, and promotion of forums for sharing and discussing learnings of the innovation process (RACU community).Support in the deployment and training program for RACU champions in each BU.Innovation CultureSupport in the design, communication, and alignment of innovation culture and RACU mindset activities across the organization.Support in the design of the innovation culture program.Design and experiment with innovation culture initiatives.Maintain the IT tools that support the innovation culture program.Cross FertilizationLiaise with other departments involved in innovation project development and/or implementation and promote internal and external networking.Support in the assessment and prioritization of opportunities on innovation processes and methodologies, leveraging synergies in line with business and innovation strategy.Facilitate communication, engagement, and coordination between several key stakeholders to promote innovation and innovation culture at Sigma.LanguagesEnglish and Spanish required. Very good communication skills both written and verbal, to present clearly, simplify complex topics, train, and influence decision-making.
ExperienceMinimum 2 to 3 years' experience at an FMCG company. Familiarity with innovation or new product development is a plus.International experience is also a plus, as participation in global projects and international and multicultural experience is required. Availability to travel is required.EducationMinimum Bachelor's degree is required. Ideally, a Master's degree.Good planning and analytical abilities. Strategic thinking.SkillsBilingual: English & Spanish required.Strong verbal and written communicator to a wide breadth of audiences including senior management.Leadership Competencies: decision making, empathy, communicating effectively, and inspiring others.Open to change and new ideas (proposing and listening).Comfortable working independently and as part of a virtual and global team.Enthusiastic.
