Facilitate cross-functional forums to improve supplier performance (Supplier, Sourcing, Purchasing). Initiate and drive immediate actions to enhance supplier performance. Identify and improve internal process opportunities, contributing to lean manufacturing initiatives.Responsibilities:Lead and manage supplier quality containment activities to mitigate the impact of supplier quality issues on production.Oversee resident engineers and third-party auditors.Ensure effective management of the return material authorization (RMA) process.Manage quarantine areas to maintain zero inventory in 2R and 4R rejection warehouses.Develop and track PPAPs.Generate supplier scorecards.Serve as the primary point of contact between production and suppliers.Lead 8D problem-solving activities.Conduct daily follow-ups with critical suppliers.Provide 100% support to production lines.Manage resident engineers.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.1+ year of experience in supplier quality or a related field.Advanced conversational English proficiency.Strong understanding of Core Tools (PPAP, MSA, CP & PFMEA, APQP, SPC).Proficiency in SAP (material movement transactions).Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI.Experience with Minitab is a plus.Proven ability to lead and manage teams (auditors/technicians).Our Commitment to You: Our greatest assets are the expertise, creativity and passion of our employees.
