We are an important logistics company that specializes in providing 4PL services to our clients, one of which is a distinguished leader in the technology field.We are looking for:Carrier Management Specialist**Requirements**:- Industrial Engineer Degree, BA in Administration or International Business- English- MS Office- Excellent organizational- Analytical skills- Attention to detail**Tasks**:- Assign best Mode of transport to comply with clients requirements finding coherence and select routes.- Expedites shipments if needed.- Consolidation analysis- Operational efficiency strategies- Follow up for delivery dates through the different legs for the shipment- Carrier management- Track and Trace of shipments- Exception process- Claims Management Support- Update system with carrier business events- Carrier KPI management- Customs clearance processes- Emergency and crisis management**Benefits**:- Competitive base salary- Benefits above the law- Working hours: Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:30 pm- Excellent location- Growth opportunities
