Carrier Operations/Ft

Descripción- Responsible for day-to-day operations including tracking and tracing assigned shipments.- Maintain accurate and up-to-date carrier records.- Ensure all database documentation is compliant with industry standards.- Maintain complete understanding of markets including seasonal freight.- Maintain complete understanding of assigned Logistics Consultant's book of business including POC's, common lanes, and common trailer types.- Oversee transportation in route to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.- Communicate with transportation companies to ensure all parts of assigned delivery are completed.- Work with assigned team that includes Logistics Consultant and Carrier Relations- Collaborate with assigned Logistics Consultant to track and trace all weekend freight as needed.- Maintain carrier information in internal database including location, equipment type, and availability.- Oversee all parts of loads in transit through internal software.- Continuously seek areas for improved efficiencies.**Requisitos**:- At least 6 months of logistics experience- Desired 1 year of customer service experience- Advanced english written and spoken- Skills: Customer focused, proactivity, communication, and attention to details
