CARRIER SALES (NEGOCIADOR DE TRANSPORTE) Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.Personal Health Insurance coverage for you – Major Medical30 days "Aguinaldo" Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.Vacation time starting at 12 days.Additional days will increase per Mexican Law.Premium Vacation 50% vacation days (Prima vacacional).You will also receive benefits like Saving Plan (Fondo de Ahorro)Food Coupons (Vales De Despensa) 6% or the Maximum amount by Mexican Law.You will be provided a Cell Phone Allowance of $800 pesos per month minus applicable taxes.Responsibilities: Provide and negotiate freight rates to motor carriers (and internal sales team as needed), ensuring maximum profitability on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basisCoordinate available customer freight with available motor carrier equipmentConsistently provide service and support to motor carriers in an effort to build the business relationshipMaintain a file of all open truck shipments and of records of trailers in assigned areasCommunicate with motor carriers to schedule trucks and resolve issuesVerify all freight charges, confirm receipt of Bill of Lading, and resolve all payables discrepancies prior to final payment to motor carrierMonitor Bill of Lading discrepancies to ensure proper return of commodity is arranged, as necessaryPerform other related duties as assigned Requirements:Qualifications: Bi-lingual in English and SpanishStrong communication skills both orally and writtenAbility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentPro-active problem solver and listener; ability to multi-task1-2 years of business experience in a bi-lingual environmentLogistics expierence preferred, but not requiredSueldo $28,000 mensuales brutos + comisiones DIRECCIÓN DE LA EMPRESA: San Pedro (Por Plaza Fiesta San Agustín)
