Carrier Sales Negotiator

Responsibilities: Provide and negotiate freight rates to motor carriers (and internal sales team as needed), ensuring maximum profitability on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis Coordinate available customer freight with available motor carrier equipment Consistently provide service and support to motor carriers in an effort to build the business relationship Maintain a file of all open truck shipments and of records of trailers in assigned areas Communicate with motor carriers to schedule trucks and resolve issues Verify all freight charges, confirm receipt of Bill of Lading, and resolve all payables discrepancies prior to final payment to motor carrier Monitor Bill of Lading discrepancies to ensure proper return of commodity is arranged, as necessary Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: Qualifications: Bi-lingual in English and Spanish Strong communication skills both orally and written Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Pro-active problem solver and listener; ability to multi-task1-2 years of business experience in a bi-lingual environment Logistics expierence preferred, but not required Sueldo $28,000 mensuales brutos + comisiones DIRECCIÓN DE LA EMPRESA: San Pedro (Por Plaza Fiesta San Agustín) Salario: $27,500.00 - $28,000.00 al mes Horario: Lunes a Viernes 8am a 5pm Prestaciones: Estacionamiento gratuito Educación: Bachillerato trunco o en curso (Deseable) Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
