CARRIER SALES (NEGOCIADOR DE TRANSPORTE)Responsibilities:Provide and negotiate freight rates to motor carriers (and internal sales team as needed), ensuring maximum profitability on a daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly basis.Coordinate available customer freight with available motor carrier equipment.Consistently provide service and support to motor carriers in an effort to build the business relationship.Maintain a file of all open truck shipments and of records of trailers in assigned areas.Communicate with motor carriers to schedule trucks and resolve issues.Verify all freight charges, confirm receipt of Bill of Lading, and resolve all payables discrepancies prior to final payment to motor carrier.Monitor Bill of Lading discrepancies to ensure proper return of commodity is arranged, as necessary.Perform other related duties as assigned.Qualifications:Bi-lingual in English and Spanish.Strong communication skills both orally and written.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Pro-active problem solver and listener; ability to multi-task.1-2 years of business experience in a bi-lingual environment.Logistics experience preferred, but not required.Salary: $28,000 mensuales brutos + comisiones.Location: San Pedro (Por Plaza Fiesta San Agustín), Lunes a Viernes 8am a 5pm.Job Type: Tiempo completo, Aprendiz.Benefits:Life Insurance policy for you starting 30 days after employment.Personal Health Insurance coverage for you – Major Medical.30 days "Aguinaldo" Christmas bonus or prorated percentage your first year.Vacation time starting at 12 days.Additional days will increase per Mexican Law.Premium Vacation 50% vacation days (Prima vacacional).You will also receive benefits like Saving Plan (Fondo de Ahorro).Food Coupons (Vales De Despensa) 6% or the Maximum amount by Mexican Law.Cell Phone Allowance of $800 pesos per month minus applicable taxes.Estacionamiento gratuito.Work Schedule: Lunes a viernes.Education: Bachillerato trunco o en curso (Deseable).Work Location: Empleo presencial.#J-18808-Ljbffr
