Carrier Sales Representative

Responsibilities as Follow and not Limited to:

- Conduct outbound/inbound calls to carriers in client's internal and external networks - Negotiate and sell competitive rates for our client's shipments
- Onboard new carriers and develop ongoing relationships
- Supervise the track and trace of your shipments
- Resolve issues related to your shipments and communicate it to account management
- Ensure invoices and PODs are accurately being sent to Billing in a timely manner
- Source and procure carriers through load boards, internal/external networks, and referrals
- Proactive in communicating daily with trucking companies you will work with.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our carrier partners Full transparency of our available shipments
- Required Skills: English Fluency (B2 High - C1) Dynamism, empathy and attitude are vital in the process, communication, active listening, problem-solving.
**Salary**: $14,000.00 - $16,000.00 per month
