Requirements: A minimum of 6 months - 2 years of proven experience in carrier sales, logistics, or freight brokerage, with a strong understanding of the US transportation market.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and other relevant software.
Responsibilities: Conduct regular performance reviews with carriers and provide feedback to ensure compliance with company standards.
Identify and onboard new carriers to expand the company's network.
Build and maintain strong relationships with carrier partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
Coordinate the assignment of loads to carriers, ensuring that shipments are picked up and delivered on time and in compliance with customer requirements.
Analyze market trends and carrier performance data to make informed decisions and adjustments to carrier agreements.
Negotiate competitive rates with carriers to secure capacity while maximizing company margins.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure seamless integration of carrier services into the company's logistics processes.
