This position is responsible for coordinating and managing client immigration cases, supporting the legal team by gathering necessary client information, and ensuring that all immigration-related documentation is completed accurately and on time. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while meeting strict deadlines.**Please note: This position requires full-time availability on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.****Compensation**:$21,000 month MXN**Responsibilities**:**Please note: This position requires full-time availability on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.**- Conduct client intakes, gathering essential information for immigration cases.- Maintain, update, and ensure the accuracy of client records within the firm's case management system (CMS).- Collect, organize, and verify client documentation to ensure complete and accurate case files.- Collaborate with legal teams on Requests for Evidence (RFEs), Denials, or NOIDs, and assist with other case needs.- Ensure compliance with all filing requirements for USCIS and other legal bodies, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.- Assist in tracking case progress and deadlines, providing regular updates to the legal team and clients.- Support other administrative tasks and assist with the overall case management process as required.**Qualifications**:**Please note: This position requires full-time availability on-site in Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico.**- Bilingual in English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with clients and legal teams, ensuring clarity and understanding in both languages for accurate case preparation and client service.- Associate's degree in a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred to ensure the foundational knowledge necessary to navigate the complexities of immigration processes.- 1-3 years of experience in case management or administrative roles, preferably within a legal or immigration setting.- Exceptional communication skills is essential to ensure that all case information is accurate, and deadlines are met
