**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned cases- Communicate effectively with doctors, patients, health care entities to gather information, provide updates, and coordinate patient care- Ensure all necessary documentation and paperwork is completed in a timely and accurate manner- Assist in coordinating patient care and follow-up appointments.- Provide support and guidance to patients and their families throughout the case management process- Utilize case management software to track and document case progress.- Gathering medical reports- Getting insurance information from the defendant- Assisting in preparing settlement demands- Determining the extent of damage covered by the insurance policy, along with other basic litigation duties**Skills and Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Medicine or any related field- A minimum of 2 years of experience in case management, specifically in a hospital setting- With experience in customer service- Experience assisting doctors and patients in a healthcare setting- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficient in using case management software and Microsoft Office**Salary**: From $1,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (preferred)**Experience**:- Health Care: 2 years (preferred)**Language**:- English (required)
