Case Manager Bilingue

They're looking for 1 Case Manager (in addition to the team, they already have this position). The Case Manager will be the main point of contact for clients, and will be responsible for opening insurance claims, monitoring claims for medical treatments, create and provide reports, request proper documentation to clients.Soft skills: Great work ethic, independent, organized, self starter.- Opening insurance claims and sending letters of representation- Obtaining evidence such as traffic and police reports, pictures, intake etc. - Monitoring clients' medical treatment- Collecting medical records and bills - Engaging with clients regularly- Maintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned case- Provide general support to handling attorney Qualifications:- A solid work ethic and positive attitude - Highly organized with excellent attention to detail - Ability to multitask- 2-3 years experience as a case manager, personal injury filling experience is a plus- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills- MyCase knowledge is a plus**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Legal**Industria**:Servicios Jurídicos / Leyes y Derecho**Habilidades**:- Legal- litigio- injury law- medical
