Case Manager

Responsabilities:Open insurance claims and send letters of representation.Obtain essential evidence, including traffic and police reports, pictures, and client intake documents.Monitor and coordinate clients' medical treatments. - Collect and organize medical records and bills.Engage with clients regularly to provide updates and support. - Open Medi-Cal and Medi-Care claims.Maintain workflow by ensuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases.Provide general support to the handling attorney.Skills and qualifications- 2+ years of experience in case management, litigation, and/or project management.- Excellent customer service,- written, and verbal communication skills.- Experience with the case management software, Clio, is highly desirable.
