JOB SUMMARY: Continuous search for business opportunities for the principals we represent in a way that guarantees the objective growth in the year. Optimize sales based on products with the highest margin and acceptance in the Mexican market, assigning to every customer the relevant service and resources.- LOCATION: Guadalajara, México.- RESPONSIBILITIES:- Manage time effectively to ensure that all potential customers are served with adequate efficiency.- Achieve a high level of sales efficiencies by continually identifying and exploiting profitable sales opportunities- Optimize sales results by identifying, prioritizing, and selling products that yield the most profitability to the company and by disengaging from sales and services which do not fit the company's focus or profitability objectives- Achieve and maintain a high level of responsiveness and follow-up to customer needs via phone and web- Develop and maintain a high level of product knowledge by reading and studying product data sheets- Achieve a level of expertise, so as to act as a problem solver for customers, thereby increasing value to the customer- Establish relationships with all personnel at each key account and sustain the relationships to assure continuity- Provide written reports of the highlights of all sales calls with emphasis on significant information as it relates to new or lost business, pricing changes, usage rates, and strategies by competition- Participate in developing goals and short-term targets to increase sales volume with each customer and in developing and implementing sales strategies to accomplish them profitably- QUALIFICATIONS:- College degree Engineer Chemical or Industrial- 5+ years previous experience chemical market in México.- Highly technologies knowledge in industrial chemicals markets- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.- Good analytical capabilities. A keen eye for detail.- English Strong communication skills (written and oral).- Ability to work independently.
