Case Specialist (Forms)

**Responsibilities**- Complete questionnaires for forms- Update evidence list and cover letter with the client evidence- Prepare immigration-related correspondence- Prepare filings for USCIS- Maintain client records in firm CRM- Process RFE's (as needed)- Review and validate form information with clients- Support and assist in other tasks as necessary**Requirements**:- Excellent English speaking, reading, and writing skills- Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively- Must be organized and analytical- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and related software.- Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to multitask- Ability to prioritize and discern what is important, including sense of urgency- Recognize the need and uphold confidentiality at all times- Ability to get high speed internet, and a quiet place to work at home- Ability to work independently and complete a set of tasks.- Associates degree required in related field.- 1 - 3 years experience in an administrative or similar position.
