The Credit Management team in Apodaca is expanding and looking for talented Cash Applicators to join our dedicated Cash Application Team. In this role, you will ensure that incoming payments are applied timely and correctly, providing a solid foundation for others to perform their jobs effectively.Key Responsibilities:Post Cash Receipts: Manage cash receipts for bank transfers, cheques, and intercompany netting, using bank statements and customer remittances to match invoices.Process Documentation: Ensure all processes are documented, including any specific variances at the remittance or receipt level, and understand the background to these variances for optimal standard processes.Query Management: Monitor and clear all queries and requests in the Team mailbox regularly.Collaboration with Credit Management: Address Cash On Account by managing remittance advice and communicating significant values on key customers lacking appropriate backup.Closing Activities: Review all closing documents and ensure the accuracy of receivables data before closing. Perform AR closing activities.Audit Requirements: Deliver all Internal/External/SOX Audit requirements as requested.Process Improvement: Highlight processes for improvement opportunities and participate in process and system testing, implementation of changes, and update documentation.Requirements:Education: Secondary education in Economy, International Business, or Accounting.Experience: +2 years in a similar area.Language: Intermediate level of English (verbal and written).Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude.Detail-oriented and precise.Analytical thinking for identifying discrepancies and improving processes.Ability to manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines.Data entry speed and accuracy.Self-motivated with a "can do" attitude.Basic MS Office knowledge with advanced Excel skills.Experience with SAP is an advantage.Familiarity with accounting practices is an advantage.Why Danfoss:We offer stability, a friendly working environment, a fair approach to employees, opportunities for personal and professional development, and financial benefits.Apply now and join our global finance community.
