**Job responsibilities**
1. Customers payments analisys and appropiate amounts calculation to be applied in customers account records by entering data into the AR system.
5. Generate the payment of complement files through the indicated systems transactions and processes and ensurement of customer corrrect and timely reception. Manual edition, y/o creation when not generated automatically.
7. Maintain positive relationships with inetrnal customers. Ensure professional and appropriate communications.
8. Know and comply with Eaton policies: Global Ethics, Values and Philosophy.
9. Other activities assigned by supervisor or special requirements from management or company.
10.Maintain safe, clean working environment in compliance with all Eaton safety standards, Life Saving Rules, and daily 5S+ requirements to help build a Zero Incident Culture.

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field from an accredited institution required.- Bookkeeping and/or accounts receivable experience.
- Strong PC skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Word) required. Proven experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar
- Oracle/SAP Financial or equivalent Financial Systems experience."
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Highly motivated self-starter who can work well in a team environment or independently.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines
- Adaptable to change"
