Resumen de descripción de puestoThe Cash Application Specialist will be responsible for interfacing directly with our customers throughout the world, both on the phone and via email. The Specialist will book bank statements on a daily basis; review and process credit / debit memos, and reconcile customer receivable balances.General ResponsibilitiesDownloading payment details and self-billing invoices from customers' websitesPreparing and booking bank statements on a daily basis according to company's deadlinesRegister and assign customer deduction for verificationOffset of Credit and Debit Memos with Charge BacksWork pro-actively with other departments to identify and resolve issuesInvestigate and resolve customer queries, payment discrepanciesCommunication with customers in respect of missing documents and information via phone, email, mailRespond to customer inquiriesReporting of unapplied / on account receipts on a weekly basisSupport other reporting activities, as requiredPerform reconciliation and month end activities as per scheduleSupport Tax and SOX audits as requiredSupport other accounting projects, as necessaryExperience / QualificationsA university degree required (i.E. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demandsStrong communication skills; oral, written and presentationStrong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve resultsStrong personal and professional ethical values and integrityHolds self-accountable to achieving goals and standardsProficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers#J-18808-Ljbffr
