Responsibilities & what we are looking for
**Position Overview**:
As a Cash Application Specialist your primary focus is on cash inflows, taking charge of day-to-day monitoring, research, and accurate recording of receipts. You will play a crucial role in preparing daily cash reports, researching customer payments, and providing essential administrative support for accounts receivable. Your commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, combined with your technical expertise and positive attitude, will contribute to the success of our financial operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

Research and resolve any customer payment issues promptly.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
**Education**:
A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is preferred, or a combination of relevant experience and an associate degree in accounting or finance.
**Experience**:
Proficiency in data entry and 10-key experience.
**Technical Skills**:
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.
Experience with CargoWise One is a plus.
