Cash Applications Specialist

**Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversity**:**DESCRIPTION**:**Key Responsibilities**- Understanding the remittance process of each customer, identify gaps and suggest process improvements to drive auto match hit rate with HRC and ERP systems.- Drive proper remittance receipts with external customers- Drive auto and manual correspondences with customers for missing or out of balance remittances- Manage the cash receipt and allocation process within HRC and multiple manual ERP systems- Customer account reconciliation- Researching misapplied cash- Identify and prepare intercompany trade transfers- Internal external Auditing Requests- Correcting rejected payments- Pro-actively liaise with the Credit Analysts to ensure remittances are received**QUALIFICATIONS:**YOU MUST HAVE**Bachelor's degree - accounting, finance, or general business major preferred.1+ year experience in Accounting within AP / AR experienceWord & Excel intermediate - advanced levelAdvanced English LevelSAP and Oracle experience**WE VALUE**Six Sigma Trained - Green Belt Certified / experienceHigh Ratio experienceProactive and results orientated.Strong communication skillsInitiative, follow up and tenacityHigh level of AccuracyLI-Hybrid**Additional Information**:- ** JOB ID**:HRD228982- ** Category**:Customer Experience- ** Location**:Av.
