Requisition ID: 34741- Job Location(s): Santiago De Queretaro, MX- We have an opportunity for a Cash Applicator who will be responsible for posting of banks in system (SAP) for NAM region. _
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Post payments of banks of companies NAM and balance of accounts. (this include USA and Canada in 9 Company Codes).
- Clearing of accounts daily.
- Application of payments in all SAP/ Oracle systems.
- Customer Service (internal / External).
- Closing month process (NAM company code) in income, expense and intercompany accounts.
- Send balance statements to customers weekly in order to reconcile the account and reduce the overdue and Bad Debt.
- Reconcile customer´s balances and provide constant update of account status.
- Review unapplied items.
- Post internal payment.
- Cash pool reconciliation
**Background & Skills**:
- 3 years experience within Finance and Accountings functions.
- 1 years' experience in credit management with progressive responsibilities.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization.
- Good presentation and facilitating skills
- Advanced English level
- SAP/ Oracle system knowledge
- Account Receivable Experience
- Customer Service & Negotiation experience
