**About the role**:
Cash Apps Analyst Jr will ensure to keep customers account updated by accurately posting the payments according to customer instructions and will work with collections team to resolve unallocated cash.

Place of Work: Querétaro - Hybrid/Flex work

**Key responsibilities**:

- Process payments according to customer instructions and confirm the correct allocation.
- Process payment of customer with specific requirements.
- Request missing information and follow up to receive it.
- Analyze payment discrepancies to request the clarification to the customer.
- Report unidentified payments.
- Help with payment inquiries, internal and external.
- Identify payments that can be auto processed by the system.
- Ensure processes are following applicable policies.
- Report team daily performance.

**Qualifications and skills**:

- Degree in accounting or finance.
- 1 - 2 years' experience in accounting or finance area.
- Proactive attitude and team player.
- Intermediate Excel knowdelge.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Advanced English skills.
- Preferred SAP knowledge.
