- **Calculation, analysis, reduction and collection of due and overdue receivables (internal and external)**
- **Creation of weekly reports to follow up on overdue**
- **Building and update of action plan for tracking & erasing overdue**
- **Daily monitoring of all due and overdue receivables**
- **Contacting customers on a daily basis to understand reason for overdue (late payments, disputes, price differences etc.) and collecting payment confirmation**
- **Sending dunning letters**
- **Prepare and lead internal meetings / telephone conferences to discuss progress on overdue elimination Early detection and management of potential overdue risks**
- **Close interaction with involved internal departments such as sales, SAS, accounts receivables**
- **Preparation, calculation and monitoring of key performance indicators related to overdue receivables / cash collection**
- **Validation and monitoring of customer creditworthiness**
- **Comply with internal procedures and internal control systems**
