**Principal responsibilities- Facilitate ongoing interaction with all major business functions to drive business performance and achieve strategic objectives.- Acquire broad understanding of processes assigned and drive to deliver as per the agreed SLA.- Produce, analyze and interpret MI.- Process productivity and quality targets are monitored and achieved.- Issues / problems are fully analyzed and resolved or escalated.
Appropriate action is taken to prevent recurrence.- Procedural changes / new initiatives are fully communicated and well documented.- Be aware of actions required in time of a Contingency when BCP is invoked.- Plan for effective cross training, taking into account Operational requirements.- Identifying opportunities for process re-engineering / improvement and drive changes independently with mínimal direction.- Meet the needs and expectations of customers by ensuring that escalations and complaints are handled in a timely and appropriate manner.- The incumbent is expected to maintain oversight to ensure Bank's reputation is protected.- Participate in implementation of new technology in conjunction with Onshore Service delivery given that the Cash & Cheque business is at growth stage.- Ensure compliance with audit requirements by performing audit checks as required by process, in line with business process requirements.- Facilitate continuous improvement through the identification, implementation and sharing of best practice in conjunction with peers and line management to enhance customer experience.- Should be result oriented and flexible to changes.- Build professional relationships with colleagues in other areas.- Exhibit ownership of the business.RequirementsCalificaciones - Externas- Excellent spoken communication skills - clear, unambiguous and customized to suit the audience.- Ability to communicate and negotiate with colleagues across all levels globally - from processing staff to senior management.- Excellent inter-personal skills.- Analytical skills - to be able to document process flows, analyze and identify areas for improvement.- Numerical ability - to interpret large volumes of Data and MI, and use the data to make required decisions and recommendations.- Ability to co-ordinate with multiple stakeholders, and get necessary decisions taken within desired timelines.- Thorough and methodical in approach.- Ability to meet tight deadlines
