Here you are supported, here you are celebrated, here you can thrive.**The Job**To lead and manage the Sales and product development of Fashion, Footwear, Accessories and Publishing categories in Mexico. Builds day-to-day relationships with all licensees and certain retailers. Increases sell-in and sell-through of licensed products by working activation plans with licensees. Seek opportunities with retailers to expand current distribution and penetration of licensing programs either through existing or new licensees.The Daily - Major Activities- Assists the General Manager in developing the Annual Category Plan (Sales & Marketing plan) aligned with Global Category strategies.- Responsible for initiation and closing of sales/marketing presentations; Initiation of local meetings with Licensees to ensure communication and opportunities; Compile/distribute/inform Licensees on any/all information.- Assists local office & Headquarters to manage, implement and achieve Category Plan and Strategic Plan (long term - plan) tracking results against objectives.- Manage product development along Licensees these are consistent with each property's' brand objectives and meet retailer, consumer and Creative/Brand Assurance Requirements.- Manage with marketing, Retail Business development staff and other Sales colleagues to coordinate all aspects of retail and sales promotions with Licensees.- Build and maintain relationships with key retailers, licensees, distributors, manufacturers and relevant trade media contacts.- Monitor activities of competitors, both at the Licensee and retail levels.- Develops sourcing partners that can supply distribution licensees. Supervision approval of key manufacturing and sourcing partners product development. Supervises development of key products.- Keep open lines of communication with Headquarters on key issues: launching of new product, emerging local industry trends, new manufactures/partners, product selling and local fundamental strategies that will impact the Business.- Supervise the Credit/Legal/Contracts Process in order to avoid unacceptable credit and legal risk while maximizing contract turn-around times for each assigned category
