Target more value for the category, increasing per capita consumption and making energy drink a better business for customers, through sales, profitability, stock, in-store execution, and overall resultCategory Management knowledge & capabilityRun Category Management projects with the identified top national and regional customers.Attend face to face meetings with the customer to present and work with them to improve the performance of the Category in their stores.Interpret the available data and shopper insight to come up with a tailored action plan that will grow Category turnover in that customer and make them gain share.For non-top customers provide initiatives and support to Key Account Managers, so they can implement them themselveBusiness InsightsIdentify, develop, and implement necessary processes to enhance sales business performance within areas.Build the data platform necessary to run analysis and generate insight – directly manage data providers.Identify opportunities and challenges, quantify the opportunities, prioritise and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximise the opportunity.Sales development analysis (by customer, by channel, by distribution point, etc.)Promotional evaluation and Business planning.Leadership of Category Management process between customers and Red BullLead all kind of contacts between customers and Red Bull before, during and after category management process.Treat the relationships with the customers with ethics, transparency, and results orientation.Guarantee that category management process is completely segregated of commercial process and negotiations.
