This role involves collaborating with various teams to ensure packaging solutions meet quality standards, cost efficiency, and innovation.Our TeamYou will join a dynamic team focused on delivering engineered packaging solutions that interface with Design Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, New Product Introduction, and Operations partners. Our team thrives on innovation, continuous improvement, and achieving cost savings through optimized packaging solutions.What You Will DoFoster collaboration on innovation and continuous improvement in the supply packaging process.Conduct audits and visits to supplier facilities to verify production capabilities and quality control.Evaluate, design, analyze, and document consumer-facing packaging components and assemblies.Identify and reduce packaging risks through engineering studies and tests.Achieve monthly cost savings goals through packaging material optimization or standard pack improvements.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design and development.Advanced skills with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project.Problem-solving methodology and demonstrated critical thinking capability.Experience in packaging process and fixture development.What Will Put You AheadExperience in corrugated and paperboard packaging design.Knowledge of PET, HIPPS, and ABS Trays design.ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) experience.Experience in quoting, process improvements, and cost-saving activities.Advanced English language skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
