Ensure fair share of shelf across categories, increase visibility of our brands in order to increase profitability, sales and enhance shopper experience in POS.- Main responsibilities:- Create and execute commercial solutions to improve our categories and CHC portfolio growth based on shopper & customer needs, insights, trends etc.- Responsible of the data analysis across categories and channels: Category assessment, sell out, market trends and add value.- Ensure the update to master catalogues across customers and the right segmentation.- Monitor & follow up about the analysis of sales results about special projects development.- Coordinate omnichannel strategies with focus in primary shelf, it is responsible to ensure the execution in POS.- Get business insights.- About you- Experience:- _ Relevant experience in Marketing in a Category Management role, Trade or Shopper role._- _ Experience in OTC Market.
Desirable experience in Fast Moving Consumer Goods._- Soft skills: _High influence skills, assertive communication, continuous learning, strategic thinking, team work skills._- Technical skills:- _ Marketing intelligence, data analysis skills, commercial experience, creative communication process._- _ Market information (Nielsen, IQVIA, Kantar)_- _ Knowledge about shopper insights, market research techniques, project management, specialized management software (Blueyonder suite), negotiations with suppliers and retailers._- Education: _Degree in Marketing, Administration, Engineering or Similar._- Languages: _Intermediate English Proficiency_- Pursue progress, discover extraordinary- Better is out there.
