Front line validation of data accuracy is essential.KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS:- Produce payroll payments using the payroll management system in a timely manner in accordance with company pay policies, quality and control guidelines and regulatory laws and requirements.- Process employee leave to ensure accurate accountability of payroll exceptions- Professional resolution of payroll discrepancies and questions received- Alert management of discovered noncompliance or data quality issues- Payroll documentation is organized and archived in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines.
**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or related- No prior experience required- Full English is a must
