Main Responsabilities: Monitor System for new order activity Utilize TMS to consolidate orders / deliveries into optimized shipments, to select carriers for shipments in compliance with routing guide commitments Coordination with International suppliers (SS lines, customs brokers, Freight forwarders, transportation carriers). Communicate detailed shipment information to selected carriers (Tender Shipment) Monitor response of carriers to tendered shipments Take alternate action in the event of a carrier refusal Track /trace existing orders through delivery Proactively communicate service failures by carriers to affected internal customers (O2I, SNP, DC's, Plants) Proactively resolve carrier service issues through determination and execution of alternative delivery method Track and report carrier performance data to facilitate service level improvement, (ie; tender acceptance %, On-time Arrival / Delivery) Education & Qualifications: Bachelor or High School Diploma 1 Year of experience in CS&L Intermediate English Computer Skills Our Commitment to Sustainability
