Job Requirements**Dynamics CRM - Engineer**:**Must have**:- Minimum 8 years of overall Dynamics CRM technical experience.- Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills and proven ability to identify and recommend solutions to issues, concerns, and challengesWork Experience**Required Skills**:- Very strong, in-depth and demonstrable hands-on experience with the below:- Good understanding of Source Code Management.**Nice to have**:- Translation Management- Experience with the below is preferred or Case Management or Auto Case Creation Rules or Unified Routing, Skill Based Routing, Routing Rules or SLA/KPI or Advanced Queues.
