**Responsibilities include**:
- Multitask and practice good time management skills, both individually and as part of a team
- Demonstrate excellent scoping, estimation, software testing and quality assurance experience
- Conduct performance tuning, improvement, balancing, usability, automation
- Demonstrate attention to security design and implementation best practices
- Communicate effectively on agile teams and with external teams
- Lead and mentor offshore team members
**Qualifications**:
- 7+ years software development experience
- Strong troubleshooting and resolution skills
- Able to self-direct and work independently as well as collaboratively
- Able to lead and drive technical solutions and innovation
- Able and eager to learn quickly
- C#.NET, ASP.NET, MVC, REST, JSON, WCF, XML, Javascript, Windows Services
- SQL Server (T-SQL, Stored Procs, SSIS)
- NUnit or equivalent unit test framework
- Object-oriented design and programming/service-oriented architecture
- Implement software design patterns and security best practices
- GIT version control
