You'll have the chance to expand your professional network, participate in a collaborative environment, and gain valuable industry experience.A Day in the LifeCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Employee Experience teams to understand client and internal needs.Design a variety of content (presentations, PDFs, graphics, videos, GIFs) to support sales, marketing, and employee engagement.Build landing pages and advertising visuals for marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.Work with external partners to produce collateral.Develop materials for both virtual and in-person events.Report on content performance and collaborate on brand messaging consistency.Improve content delivery efficiency by standardizing templates.RequirementsExpertise in Adobe Design Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.Graphic Design: Strong skills in layout, typography, and color theory.Video Editing: Ability to polish recorded footage, including sound editing and sequencing.Motion Graphics & Animation: Proficiency in animation tools and principles for engaging visuals.Storytelling: Creative ability to combine static and dynamic visuals.Familiarity with collaborative tools like Canva and Google Suite.Strong English proficiency.Compensation & PerksHealth Insurance Stipend after 3 monthsHome Office & Learning Stipends upon joiningFlexible/hybrid work environmentUnlimited PTO plus company holidaysMonthly team game day and annual off-sitesWhat We ValueStrong design skills aligned with the brand tone, voice, and design trends
